A associação Plano Lisboa tem o propósito de promover a experimentação e a discussão em torno da arte contemporânea e as várias vertentes da sua prática através de exposições, intervenções e eventos variados. Afirmando-se como um espaço laboratorial, a cidade será utilizada como local de experimentação. O Plano Lisboa assume preocupações ligadas com os locais onde a obra e o acontecimento de arte devem existir procurando, em cada projeto, ativar espaços e discursos que contrariam o caráter controlado da exposição convencional e do espaço galerístico, envolvendo a cidade e os seus habitantes nos conteúdos dos seus projetos.
